DUTIES: Provide software V&V activities to include: Test Script generation, test execution, Verification Plan, Verification Reports, Traceability Summaries, Software Analysis in lieu of testing, Tool Development, and Validation. REQUIREMENTS: Min. of 3 years experience in software verification and testing using C programming language and network/communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, LON). Experience with documentation in a regulated industry. Knowledge of electrical hardware, embedded microcontroller controls, applications, device drivers, and unit testing. Must have experience with Doors and Rational suite products. B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering required. 4-6 mos. contract in SE Indiana

DUTIES: Meet with customers to determine customer specs and create requirements definition. Write software requirements and hardware requirements based on customer spec. (Does not program or design) DOORS is used to manage requirements and allows for traceability Test Engineers run tests based on SE specs. Problems may occur that go back to the SE for revision. Support projects in: * UseCase Development * Requirements development * Risk Assessment * dFMEA updates * Systems Architecture REQUIREMENTS: BS in Engineering and 10+ years experience with Electro-Mechanical or Medical Devices. Familiar with DOORS(preferred), MS Office. Background in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Development, and Test Engineering. These positions are the primary interface between the Engineering Department, customers and vendor partners on projects. Develops critical path schedule. Tracks project costs to ensure in accordance with original estimate. DUTIES: • Act as primary interface between the Engineering Department and the customer; schedules necessary meetings with customer for project review; ensures meetings are documented. • Develops critical path schedule which includes engineering-electrical, mechanical and software, purchasing time, noticeable long lead times; acceptable delivery windows for purchased items, manufacturing time, check-out times, tear-down, rework, paint, shipping, installation, start-up assistance, and monitor schedule for slippage. • Act as primary engineering interface with vendor partners on project; interface with customer on labor or contractor for installation. • Track costs for project with assistance of inventory control or administration to maintain costs according to original estimate. • Represent company in industry associations and/or functions. REQUIREMENTS: • Min. of 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the Capital Equipment or Automotive industries • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written • Extension computer skills in MS Office and SAP (or other MRP system) • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment • Ability to travel for extended periods of time, as required (30% travel) • Bachelor's Engineering degree or Associates Degree in Engineering and 6+ years of work experience as a Project Engineer. Perform a variety of manufacturing engineering work using lean manufacturing principles implementing new equipment and processes. REQUIREMENTS: 15+ years experience in the manufacturing engineering field with experience in the following areas: equipment design and implementation, equipment layout, capital expenditure and ROI analysis, automation, robotics, large press and dies and proven project skills. Solid Edge, Maynard (Most) time study methodology, PLC experience a plus. A four year degree in Engineering. Self-directed with problem solving skills, including the ability to interact with associates and operators. Lean Manufacturing Techniques with line balancing. Excellent communication skills required. Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Project, Solid Edge and AutoCAD. Preferred experience includes Fanuc Handling Tool and Allen-Bradley PLC programming. Equipment design and implementation, equipment layout, capital expenditure and ROI analysis, automation, robotics, large press and dies and proven project skills. Willingness to travel and work at other facilities as needed. International travel will be required. Contract to perm opportunity in SE Indiana.

DUTIES: This position will provide hands-on EHS support to the facility. After obtaining an understanding of all EHS related requirements, the position will establish (and maintain) the EHS systems necessary to ensure compliance with permit conditions, local operating needs, the relevant local regulations and the company EHS Management System. REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated knowledge in the EHS area is imperative and experience at operating facilities is required. Selection criteria will be based on a demonstrated experience and strong general knowledge of EHS compliance and the specific EHS requirements of the facility. Four year degree in Engineering, Science, or other technical field of study. Ten years of experience in the following EH&S areas: Title V, air, water, hazardous waste and materials, and health and safety. Experience in negotiating with regulators at the local and state level. Experience supporting EH&S compliance at a major facility. Experience providing EH&S-specific training in an efficient and effective manner. Leadership experience. 1 year renewable contract in northern Virginia.
